TripleA describes a product family developed by Kelz Produktionstechnologie to automate the bulk production of technical articles holistically and unmanned 24/7.
To this end, we have developed exciting and unique peripheral devices that open up new avenues for our customers in the areas of production autonomy and cost reduction.
We combine your production machines with a KLT storage system,TripleA Smart.
This means that, starting with the production of individual injection-molded or stamped and bent parts, subsequent processes are integrated into the automation approach. This translates to autonomy from the very first minute.
For greater process reliability in your injection molding shop, we link our sprue selection system, die TripleA Select, to your injection molding machine. This guarantees error-free further processing of your products.
These products were developed in close collaboration with GPO GmbH, a consulting firm specializing in the optimization of production systems.
