In modern injection molding facilities and stamping-bending plants, primary production processes are highly automated.
The greatest vulnerability in many automated production lines lies at the end of the process. While production itself is now largely automated, this automation often stops at the machine. Filled small load carrier containers are not stored automatically, the parts produced are not counted automatically, and containers are not handed over to the intralogistics system without human intervention. Consequently, manual intervention is required—preventing continuous 24/7 operation and reducing productivity.
This is precisely where TripleA Smart comes in. This intelligent storage system handles the automatic storage, counting, and staging of containers, as well as their transfer to automated guided vehicles (AGVs). The result is a seamless, unmanned production flow—from the manufacturing process all the way into the intralogistics system.

To achieve this, we have developed innovative and unique peripheral equipment that opens up new possibilities for our customers in terms of production autonomy and cost reduction.
We integrate your production machinery with our SLC storage system, TripleA Smart.
In this way, subsequent processes are incorporated into the automation strategy right from the start – beginning with the manufacture of individual injection-molded or stamped-bent parts. This ensures autonomy from the very first minute.
To enhance process reliability in your injection molding facility, we integrate our sprue-sorting system TripleA Select directly with your injection molding machine. This ensures error-free downstream processing of your products.
As an option, you can incorporate our inline inspection system, TripleA Check, to guarantee that 100% of the parts entering storage are defect-free.
To increase autonomous mobility, the TripleA Smart system can be combined with an automated guided vehicle (AGV). Solutions for this are provided by TripleA Intralogistic.

The TripleA product family breaks through the inflexibility of end-of-line logistics: it buffers and stacks a wide variety of SLC (small load carrier) sizes and cardboard boxes – fully automatically and directly at the machine – preparing them perfectly for autonomous transport via AMRs or AGVs. This seamless intralogistics integration eliminates unproductive manual handling, removes the need for costly night shifts, and ensures a highly efficient, fully unmanned 24/7 production process for bulk parts, achieving maximum OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness).
